In Doug's early years, addiction nearly took everything from me. Recovery taught me that real change rarely happens all at once. It happens one decision, one response, and one next right action at a time. That lesson has shaped everything Doug's do.

Professionally, Doug went on to lead teams across the country, serving as Director of Retail for Bose Corporation and later running a national company as CEO. Doug's worked with executives, entrepreneurs, business owners, and frontline leaders who want practical change that works in real life, not just on paper.

What Doug learned in recovery proved true in business and life: growth happens when you start in the right place. Before the task list. Before the reaction. Before the old pattern takes over.
